I am financial services professional and part time business professor at the award winning Valencia College and my students at Valencia call me Dr.B. From this affectionately given name the Dr.B Speaks brand for management consulting, speaking and business development was born.
The Dr.B Speaks brand was developed out of the desire to empower people. The Entrepreneurship Strategy Academy (ESA) is the course/program name for the introductory level courses Dr. Bridges conducts. The ESA provides both seasoned and inexperienced entrepreneurs step by step guidance from business conception to development and growth to achieving 7 figure annual revenue. ESA gives business owners access to proven strategies that work in today’s global, highly technical, and competitive business environment. These live coaching events are held on zoom. Dates are not made public, you will be notified via email with all call details once you sign up for coaching.
The Dr.B speaks brand also comprises of a podcast centered around growth and development, in business and in life, this show will have foundational topics for anyone seeking to move forward in their lives. This podcast will cover a variety of topics from soft skills, mentorship, organizational leadership, personal finance, time management, effective decision making, marketing strategies, health and fitness and much more. This show will also have guests with varying backgrounds not limited to business.

One reason to listen to the podcast is its free. Successful people don't have to share their knowledge but I do. I am happy to provide some insights with no strings attached. I have a track record of entrepreneurial success and the credentials and experience to train others. This is unique in the consulting industry to have both a practitioner and a educator as a coach. Acquiring knowledge is only the first phase of success, application of that knowledge is the next. Dr.B as I am affectionately known (by my college students) has leveraged his academic skills and integrated them with profound business knowledge, and has produced results.
I am an accomplished entrepreneur, my wife and I have established ourselves in the business world. She and I also prioritize serving humanity and our local community. Making millions of dollars, Our companies have done that, Opened multiple locations, done that, established a successful brand, check, but what good does all the wealth in the world do if the communities we live in are full of people that don't have the tools to progress?
While capitalism is a great system, individually we must commit to serving others. I give you the Dr.B speaks podcast. My faith and family are more important than accumulation of wealth, because the wealth we all have we don't own. That said, wealth creation, leadership skills, entrepreneurship, business strategies etc are all integrated into the podcast because these are the tools that enable us to have freedom and fulfillment.
The entrepreneurship strategy academy is like nothing on the market. You cannot find this material anywhere else. The information we provide is designed to help those that have a product or service idea, but not a business. You need the tools to develop a system that can begin to return continuous results. During the live coaching events I discuss some of the ways in which I have accomplished business success, but more importantly how these principles can work for your business.
